-Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Ayushman Health Card, Abha Card, e-Shram Card and Voter Card have been instrumental in providing healthcare and social security benefits to crores of people across the country. However, the Punjab government seems unhappy with the success of these schemes and is resorting to arresting BJP workers who are actively promoting these schemes by organizing camps and providing benefits to the people. It is worth mentioning that today Derabassi Assembly leader and state secretary Sanjeev Khanna was detained by the Punjab Police, after which BJP leader Sanjeev Khanna made this disclosure in a statement. According to Sanjeev Khanna, the Punjab government is targeting those BJP workers who are working tirelessly to provide the benefits of these schemes to the needy people by organizing camps. He further said that these workers have been arrested on false charges and are being harassed by the authorities. Sanjeev Khanna said that the work of the government is being done by BJP workers. No data theft is taking place. The registration process is going on through Common Service Centre. Data theft happened when Aam Aadmi Party got the forms of 50 lakh women of the state filled before coming to power. Sanjeev challenged CM Bhagwant Mann and said that political battles should be fought in a political way. Why are you afraid of BJP? Through these camps, they are making people aware about the schemes of the central government, i.e. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and are also getting them registered in the schemes. He said that after the Rajpura rally, the government is afraid of BJP. Don’t you want the poor to get their rights? Sanjeev Khanna said that since May, Bharatiya Janata Party workers are engaged in providing the benefits of central schemes to the people by organizing camps through Common Service Centre (which is recognized by the Government of India). Our role is limited to bringing and taking people to the camp.
