Mohali Mayor, Amarjeet Singh ‘Jeeti’ Sidhu held a virtual meeting with fellow councilors on Sunday where Senior Deputy Mayor Amrik Singh Somal and Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Bedi were also present. In the meeting, the Mayor asked all the councilors to review the work being done in their respective wards so that the quality of work could not be compromised. He said that though the model code of conduct has come into force, the development works already cleared in Mohali and whose work orders are in progress, would continue.
He said that the orders of the Covid protocols issued by the Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate cum District Election Officer should be strictly followed. Under this, keep in touch with the voters of your respective wards and inform them about Congress party policies and the development works done by Balbir Singh Sidhu.
On this occasion, the Mayor has appealed to the people of Mohali to send Balbir Singh Sidhu to the Punjab assembly with a huge majority in the coming elections.
