-Mohali, May 7, 2025: Fire Awareness & Safety Association (FASA) in collaboration with Amity School of Architecture & Planning organised a Fire Training for Students. The training was conducted in Amity University Punjab Mohali.
Jasjeet Suri shared life saving techniques required during an emergency situation of fire outburst with nearly 100 students. Jasjeet Suri is a Marine Engineer with an extensive sailing experience as Chief Engineer (Marine) and as Training Superintendent (Marine). He has done Advance Fire Fighting Course, Safety Officer Course, Fire Prevention & Fighting Course.
Jasjyot Singh Almast Founder President and Ar Surinder Bahga, Chairman FASA jointly highlighted that today’s youth should be skilled in disaster management so that they can protect their own and other’s lives and property without waiting for administrative help.

Dr Arshia Khajooria Hazarika, Dean & Professor Amity School of Architecture & Planning extended gratitude to the team of FASA for generating awareness among students regarding fire emergencies. Architect Deepika Sharma Assistant Professor along with other faculty members of Amity School of Architecture & Planning attended the session.
Rajiv Kataria Businessman & Philanthropist, Lovleen Kaur, Head Eastern Chapter CSCA, Yogesh Bulandi, Chief Executive Officer Projexel Fire Systems were Guest of Honour present on the occasion.
Gursimran Kaur, Founder Secretary Fire Awareness & Safety Association presented the vote of thanks.
