–The HIL’s Are Also Entitled to an Upcoming Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Mohali, July 9: In a landmark initiative, not witnessed in tricity or the Punjab region earlier, Mohali grown multi-national corporation – Tynor Group, which is the leader in India in orthopaedic aids, held a felicitation ceremony at Ortech Textiles, Mohali, honouring 15 trailblazing professionals under its flagship program called High Impact Leadership (HIL). Ortech Textiles is the backward integration unit of Tynor Orthotics – the flagship brand of Tynor Group, and was recently inaugurated by Punjab Industries Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond.

Each selected leader was awarded a brand-new car, signifying not just reward but deep organizational trust. Alongside brand-new cars, the honourees are entitled to upcoming benefits including Employee Stock Ownership Plans(ESOPs), international leisure travel, and enhanced executive privileges. These incentives are part of Tynor’s ongoing strategy to invest in and elevate high-potential leaders.

Dr PJ Singh, Chairman & MD of Tynor, emphasized that the HIL initiative is not just a recognition tool, but a transformative engine for sustainable growth. “These leaders understand our DNA and will carry forward the Tynor legacy with agility, integrity, and innovation. As we grow, I look forward to seeing many more of our people step into the HIL program and emerge as future-ready leaders.”

It is noteworthy that the HIL programme is a forward-looking, merit-driven initiative designed to nurture Tynor’s internal talent pool. With structured evaluations including cognitive and psychometric tests, leadership simulations, and talent panels, 50 top performers were shortlisted in partnership with Kognoz-a technology-driven people consulting company, of which 15 emerged as HIL’s.

AJ Singh, Executive Director, Tynor, said: “At Tynor, we believe our people are not just employees —they are the driving force behind Tynor’s global ambition. We believe that investing in internal talent is the most powerful way to accelerate our growth.”

The HIL program is aimed at building a strong internal leadership pipeline; promoting high performance.

According to Abhaynoor Singh, Director, Strategy, Tynor, the HIL program is not just a talent initiative but a strategic lever for transformation. “By empowering our high-potential leaders we aim to l shape the next generation of decision-makers who will turn strategy into action and ambition into reality.”

It is pertinent to state here that Tynor has a unique corporate governance ecosystem in place. The organisation is positioned differently from others because it has a very effective collegium system. The collegium at Tynor is a group of senior management functionaries in which every member has almost equal power and authority. This brings in a lot of public trust and internal transparency in the working of Tynor.

Paras Bafna, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Tynor, who is also a Collegium Member said: “The HIL program is a strategic investment in talent aimed at driving meaningful business outcomes. By empowering leaders with greater authority and broader responsibilities, they are positioned to lead initiatives that directly influence both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line cost optimization.”

Dr Parmod Lamba, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Tynor, stated that the HIL program is a reflection of Tynor’s progressive HR philosophy — one that places people at the core of its growth strategy. Notably, Dr Parmod Lamba was inducted as Collegium Member for his transformative people strategy.

Jaspreet Singh, DGM, Supply Chain, Tynor, said,“ As a Collegium Member, I see this as a crucial step toward building a leadership culture that is future-ready and aligned with our long-term vision.”

Each of the 15 HILs took a leadership pledge during the felicitation.
