A pioneering project in Zirakpur ‘Motiaz Capital One’ is envisioned as the town’s new socio-cultural cum commercial destination
Chandigarh, June 29, 2026: The region’s leading real estate developer Motiaz Group has formally raised the curtains on ‘Motiaz Capital One’, a landmark mixed-use commercial development strategically located at the prominent NH-7/PR-7 (Airport Road) junction in Zirakpur. He informed that the project has received approval from the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) recently, bearing registration number PBRERA-SAS79-PC0425-042026.
