HCL’s TechBee program is part of the Skill India mission and provides higher education to students during their internships. It offers IT engineering jobs by equipping you with skills in areas like data science, machine learning and cybersecurity to match the changing needs of workplace skills.
Annual Program for IT Students
HCL Techbee offers a 12-month program for IT newcomers where they learn technical skills and acquire a full understanding of the industry. You get to do an internship on HCL projects and take the first steps into an IT career.HCL is always looking for interns and offers degrees from prestigious partner institutions like BITS Pilani, SASTRA University and Amity University Online.
After completing TechBee’s one-year training program, students are able to earn between INR 1.7 and 2.2 lakhs a year. They also get an assured job offer from HCL upon completion of the program and need to just pay for the TechBee fee upfront for this promise of employment (with no hidden charges). This program includes classroom training and an internship. The internship comes with a stipend of up to INR 10,000.
Any student who has finished class XII by 2021/2022, with Mathematics or Business mathematics can apply
Candidates will have to appear for the Online Career Aptitude Test and those who clear it will be invited for an Interview discussion. We will then decide on issuing a Letter of Intent based on that. The HCL Online Career Aptitude Test is designed to assess skills related to your career interest, personality traits and required level of skill to assess your readiness for various categories of Quantitative Reasoning (Mathematics), Logical Reasoning, and the English language
Fees of the Program
The tuition fee for the training course is Rs 1,00,000 + taxes. Loans are enabled through partner financial institutions and can be repaid through monthly installments.
