Chandigarh, October 13, 2025: Following the global observance of World Mental Health Day and continuing the commitment to mental well-being, renowned clinical psychologist Ms Kanika Jindal today announced the launch of Harmony Therapy World, a holistic digital platform designed to bring emotional healing and psychological support to people everywhere — privately, compassionately, and without barriers.

The solutions create a safe, stigma-free space where users can seek support and nurture their emotional well-being at their own pace.

Ms Jindal brings a wealth of global experience, having worked across more than 100 nationalities has shaped her belief in therapy that blends science with empathy and cultural understanding. She has also served as Company Clinical Psychologist at Qatar Airways and Head of Psychology at the Qatar Institute for Speech and Hearing. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with empathy, mindfulness, compassion, and respect for individual experiences with deep cultural understanding.
