Chandigarh: A local BJP leader has filed a defamation claim of Rs 10 crore against NR Naresh Kaushal, refuting the allegations of fraud he levelled against him. Apart from this, Subhash Sharma has also filed a complaint to Chandigarh Police for harassment and blackmailing by both Naresh Kaushal and his father Sukhdev Raj Kaushal as well as brother Anil Kaushal. He urged the SSP take immediate action on this and registered an FIR should be lodged against these three thugs.
While giving the above information to journalists at a press conference organized in Chandigarh Press Club today, Subhash Sharma, who has been doing property dealing work for several years now told that Naresh Kaushal had sold two properties and bought one through him till date. Registries of these have already been done after completing all their transactions. In spite of this, Naresh Kaushal has looted crores worth rupees by putting up a case on payment arrears against the involved parties and is now registering false cases to extort money from him (Subhash Sharma) while Naresh Kaushal still owes him Rs 23 lakhs as commission.
Meanwhile during this entire time, he said that Mr. Naresh Kaushal takes help from police at Mata Mansa Devi Complex Police Station for fraud and blackmailing because they know any person whose case gets registered here will be harassed by policemen there.
Subhash Sharma alleges that Naresh Kaushal, in connivance with the MDC police station, has taken crores of rupees by blackmailing people and is now after him. He said he will take legal action against Naresh Kaushal today and under this he filed a defamation claim against him. Apart from this they are also going to file a writ in the High Court against criminal exploits done by Naresh Kaushal and demand an inquiry into them headed up by a senior officer.
