Chandigarh, November 25, 2025: Indian cricket team’s ace left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh, fresh from becoming the first Indian bowler to claim 100 wickets in men’s T20 Internationals, visited real estate major GB Realty’s flagship hyper-luxury project – ‘Opus One’. The upcoming development is New Chandigarh’s first RERA approved ‘Iconic Certified’ residential project. Arshdeep visited Opus One’s site office after getting to know about the path-breaking concept and revolutionary features of the project.
After recently adding a luxurious G-Wagon to his collection, the Indian cricket star has now taken a step towards choosing his luxury home, and this brought the talented cricketer to ‘Opus One’. Arshdeep was warmly welcomed by Gurinder Bhatti, Founder and Chairman, GB Realty, and the ‘Opus One’ team.
Arshdeep congratulated Gurinder Bhatti for envisioning a realty milestone in New Chandigarh, calling the endeavour a proud moment for Punjab.
Notably, the project is envisaged to have Dual Core tower layouts – which means just two residences per floor, private lift lobbies and panoramic views of the Shivalik Hills. The development is supported by a global design consortium – HBA Singapore for world-class interior design, ALDP Australia for signature architectural lighting and PLA Thailand for luxury landscape design.

During Arshdeep’s visit he and his father had a detailed interaction with the core Team at Opus One. Arshdeep expressed happiness over the project’s architectural finesse, global design partnerships and sustainability-driven vision.
The duo was informed that the project will boast a 65,000 sq ft luxury clubhouse with an all-weather pool, fine dining restaurant, bars, banquet hall, supermarket, business facilities, day-care centre and 24×7 medical services.
The cricketing sensation spent quality time exploring the project’s office and the spacious land parcel in New Chandigarh’s Ecocity II.
Arshdeep expressed his interest in owning a home at ‘Opus One’, appreciating the elegance and exclusivity that define the landmark development — which is Punjab and New Chandigarh’s first Platinum-Rated Iconic Towers.
