77th Annual Athletic Meet of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh continued its triumphant journey into the third day with an extraordinary display of splendor and unwavering determination from athletes, faculty, and students alike.
The day commenced with a fervent commitment to the oath of honesty and sportsmanship, echoing the spirit established in the beginning of the event. Track and field competitions showcased outstanding talent and enthusiasm, reinforcing the institution’s sporting legacy.
Key highlights of Day 2 & 3 included:
Triple Jump Race for Boys: An electrifying start to the day’s events, showcasing athleticism and skill.
50m Race for Girls: A display of sheer speed and determination, pushing participants to their limits.
High Jump Girls: A thrilling display of agility and technique.
The Sports Department’s commitment to promote fitness extended to the faculty/staff, who participated in the 200m, encouraging a holistic approach to health and well-being. The day also featured throwing events such as hammer throw and javelin throw, along with the captivating long jump event.
