Chandigarh, December 21, 2023: India’s hospitality giant, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has exciting news to share. Today, they officially sealed the deal for a spectacular new Vivanta hotel in Talegaon, Pune. The Greenfield project, a collaboration with RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., marks IHCL’s robust presence in Pune, a thriving commercial hub in Maharashtra.
Suma Venkatesh, IHCL’s Executive Vice President for Real Estate & Development, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This venture enhances IHCL’s footprint in Pune, a pivotal city in Maharashtra. Talegaon, renowned for its prominence in the automobile and manufacturing sectors, is on the cusp of remarkable growth due to ongoing infrastructure development. Proudly, this will be IHCL’s fifth hotel in Pune, and we’re thrilled to join hands with RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.”
Spanning 2.5 acres, the 140-key hotel strategically sits on Talegaon MIDC road, a short drive from major multinational corporations. The hotel promises an exquisite experience with its all-day diner, Mynt, a specialty restaurant, and the stylish bar, Wink, offering over 4000 sq.ft. of banquet space. Leisure amenities include a swimming pool, gym, and spa.
